Summer Timetable

Due to popular demand we’re staying open this summer!  However our normal memberships will be frozen for August as we adopt the summer timetable.

Summer Fun Pass

To give you the flexibility to work around holidays and other commitments we’re offering a new Summer Fun Pass.  With this pass you can come to unlimited free-play sessions throughout August.  And no booking is required.  The Summer Fun Pass is £40 for members or non-members.  Additional passes for siblings can be purchased for £25 each.  Each play session will last 1 hour and will include free play on our apparatus plus Airlog activities, bubbles and parachute time.

Sensory Baby Play Sessions

We’ll also be running separate sensory play sessions for little ones from newborn to crawling.  They will take place in our purpose-built baby sensory room complete with air conditioning for maximum comfort.  We do have baby change facilities available at the site. Each session will include a 45-minute interactive teacher-led session to include songs and rhymes, tummy time, prop exploration, puppets, light shows, bubbles, parachute play and more. Following each session there will be a social time where customers are invited to stay and feed their babies, socialise with other parents and carers, and allow their babies time to freely explore our apparatus and props.  These classes cost £37 for unlimited sessions throughout August.

If you enrol your baby in the August classes and you have an older child (member or non-member) under the age of 5 you will receive a 50% discount off the Summer Fun Pass for your older child.

Terms & Conditions

• These class passes are valid from Monday 1^st August to Friday 26^th August inclusive. The site will be closed for cleaning and maintenance from Monday the 29^th August and will reopen on Thursday the 1^st September.
• ALL children must have their own pass unless they are babies who remain in car seats or baby slings attending the sessions with an older sibling.
• All adults must wear socks on the playfloor – children are barefoot.
• Passes are only valid for the child to whom they are issued and are non-transferable to siblings or friends.
• Children must be aged 5 or under to attend
• Sessions do not need to be pre-booked however you must sign in on arrival
• We regret we are unable to offer refunds other than in exceptional circumstances such as illness however Gymboree Play & Music Solihull reserves the right to request a doctor’s note or similar evidence to validate the claim.
• Payment must be received within 3 days in order for us to keep the place reserved.
• Free trial sessions are not available during August, however if you continue with classes in September you will be given one free class in lieu of a trial.
• Missed classes can be rescheduled and made up at another time but will not be refunded other than in exceptional circumstances. (If you are not continuing with classes in September you can reschedule 1 August session before 30^th September subject to availability)
• Older children are not permitted to attend the Sensory Baby Play sessions.
• In the event your baby starts to crawl during the month of August you can request to transfer your Sensory Baby Play session to the Summer Fun Pass scheme for mobile children.
• A discount is applied for twins (£20 for second child).
