Our son had his 2nd birthday party at Gymboree Wimbledon. It was a brilliant party- really well organised so we didn’t have to worry about anything and really fun for the kids. Paul, who ran the party, was brilliant! The kids loved being able to explore the equipment and the guided part was really fun and perfectly tailored to the party theme. A lovely party!

My son thoroughly enjoyed every class- the Gymboree Wimbledon team are warm, welcoming and friendly. Each class was well planned, and delivered professionally. The Gymboree team always had something kind and encouraging to say, and we will miss attending these classes very much.

Both my son and my daughter have had the great privilege of being part of the magic at Gymboree. Both my kids started when they were a few weeks old. They have loved it completely. It has been a great learning experience while being fun for not only them, but me as well. The teachers are all kind, nurturing and warm. Its a great first start for kids!

It gave us a space to just allow our little one to play, grow and explore. And for that alone, we are so incredibly grateful.

Last year Kerem started Gymboree for only music lessons, this year he is 2.5 years old and we continue with both music and play and learn lessons. Gymboree is the best, professional enjoyable, and teaching kids club. Kerem loves all of the tutors separately and when he comes home he pretends like them and plays games. We wait for the Gymboree days impatiently. Gymboree is also supported to get used to the nursery. We are very thankful them to make Kerem feel special.

FAQs

Please see below for our Frequently Asked Questions. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

What are your opening hours?

We open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays. Apart from our short closure at Christmas time, we are open all year round!

What are your membership options?

We have three different kinds of memberships. Our Standard Membership costs £63.50 per month and entitles you to one class per week plus unlimited Open Gym sessions. Our Premium Membership is £83.50 per month and entitles you to two classes per week plus unlimited Open Gym sessions. Our Flexi-Pass Membership has a one-off fee of £90 and entitles you to five classes plus five Open Gym sessions to book as you wish over a three-month period.

Can I pay for one-off classes?

We are a membership-based organisation, so you must subscribe to one of our memberships in order to book classes. Unfortunately, we don't offer one-off/ PAYG sessions.

What is Open Gym?

We have a number of Open Gym sessions throughout the week. In these sessions, there is no teacher leading the activities, but you and your little one can play to your heart's content using our specialised props and patented apparatus. There is no obligation to attend these sessions - with our memberships you can attend as many or as few as you like!

Do you offer family discounts?

We do indeed! If you have two children, there is a 30% discount for your second child. If you have twins, there is a 50% discount for one child.

How are you keeping your members safe from Covid-19?

We have extremely stringent procedures in place to keep our venue as safe as possible for everyone. We sanitise all props, equipment, floors and touch points between every class, we keep our site as ventilated as possible, we restrict the number of people in a class to allow for adequate social distancing and, when required, we enforce the wearing of face coverings for all adults.

What is your make-up policy?

If you notify us of an absence in advance of your registered class, then you will receive a make-up class in its place, which you can use to book any age-appropriate session within two months of your absence.

Both of my children (3.5 years and 11 months) go to Gymboree Play & Music and love it. My toddler goes to their drop-off Lego class which she raves about. It's very creative, working not only on Lego skills but also painting, drawing etc. My infant son loves his Gymboree Play & Music Crawlers class - particularly loves crawling all over their props, through the tunnels, etc. Great way to get the infant crawling over obstacles! Gymboree Play & Music is part of our weekly schedule for both kids and we look forward to participating every week. Invaluable!

Gymboree Play & Music was a lovely and positive experience for my son Leo. We started when he was 9 months and he is now 3 years old, I wish we had started sooner.
He loves the songs (which is part of our daily singing at home), the freedom to explore and he was happy there. He looks forward to class every week and once class is over he will tell everyone about Gymbo and what he did.
For me, I liked that it taught him how to get down safely from a height, how to learn to use his body, and touching on different topics every 2 weeks. It gave me confidence in other environments to trust that he has the ability that he learned from Gymboree Play & Music and to trust him.

Absolutely amazing place! Especially Aaron from the Chiswick branch, always makes us feel very welcome there. He is extremely passionate and professional. His warmth and enthusiasm are precious. I would recommend that place to everyone! So happy we found it in our community. My son loves going there.
