Closed, for now
Further to our update on Wednesday, and the subsequent instructions from the Government, we have taken the very sad decision to close all our centres (those not already closed) from the end of play on Friday 20th March. We’d like to thank all of you who’ve contacted our teams with such kind and supportive comments, it has made a difficult decision slightly more bearable.
We have been working hard to develop Gymbo @ Home for our customers which will bring live action and pre-recorded class activities to you via a secure online environment. This will be available for new and existing customers. Keep an eye out for an announcement on this very soon
Gymboree Play & Music is a network of small family-run businesses so this closure will hit us very hard. If you’re able to continue with your membership, switching to Gymbo at Home, we would be eternally grateful
If you have any questions about your membership, want to access Gymbo @ Home, or freeze your membership, please get in contact with your local Gymboree Play & Music. Also if you’re a customer, look out for closed Facebook groups for your local centre where you can keep in touch with the team and fellow Gymboree families.
Finally, although our doors are closed you can still buy Gymboree Play & Music gift vouchers online which will be honoured for at least 12 months, allowing you to further support Gymboree Play & Music, and give the gift of (virtual or delayed) play!
For more information on Covid-19 (coronavirus) and how to keep yourselves safe you can read the Public Heath England or Health Protection Scotland websites.
Once again, we thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you ‘at Home‘.
