🎅✨ Gymboree Play & Learn Christmas Opening Times ✨🎅

The festive season is here, and we’re sprinkling a little extra Christmas magic around the centre! Please take a moment to check our holiday opening hours and our BRAND NEW GYMBO’S Elves Playtime sessions below.

🎁 Private Christmas Parties – Centre Closed

We’ll be hosting magical Christmas celebrations on the following dates, so the centre will be closed during these times:

Thursday 18th December: 11:30 – 12:30
Friday 19th December: 3:30 – 5:00

❄️ Holiday Opening Hours

Here’s when you can join us for festive fun throughout the holidays:

Mon 22nd & Tues 23rd December: 9:30 – 5:00 (Classes running as usual in the morning, Gymbo elves in the afternoon, See below for timing)
Wed 24th December: 10:00 – 2:00 (Gymbos’s Elves Playtime only, see below for timing)
25th & 26th December: 🎄✨ Closed for Christmas ✨🎄
Mon 29th & Tues 30th December: 10:00 – 4:00 (Gymbos’s Elves Playtime only, see below for timing)
Wed 31st December: 10:00 – 2:00 (Gymbos’s Elves Playtime only, see below for timing)
Thurs 1st January & Fri 2nd January: ❄️ Closed
Mon 5th January: Classes resume as normal 😊

✨ Gymbo’s Elves Playtime ✨

Bring your little ones for some festive, child-led play in our magical Gymboree space!
Perfect for ages 6 months – 5 years.

🎁 £10 per session for non-members (Book Online)
🎁 FREE for Gymboree P&M members (book via email or the customer portal!)
👶 45-minute festive play sessions
🎄 Capacity: 15 children per session
🧦 Adults must wear socks; little ones can be barefoot or in grippy socks
💛 A teacher will be present, but please stay within a cuddle’s reach!

T&C

Each session allows for 45 mins of playtime only, you will get a 15 and 5 minute warning near the end where you can choose to pay for another session or exit after your session.

Both of my children (3.5 years and 11 months) go to Gymboree Play & Music and love it. My toddler goes to their drop-off Lego class which she raves about. It's very creative, working not only on Lego skills but also painting, drawing etc. My infant son loves his Gymboree Play & Music Crawlers class - particularly loves crawling all over their props, through the tunnels, etc. Great way to get the infant crawling over obstacles! Gymboree Play & Music is part of our weekly schedule for both kids and we look forward to participating every week. Invaluable!

Gymboree Play & Music was a lovely and positive experience for my son Leo. We started when he was 9 months and he is now 3 years old, I wish we had started sooner.
He loves the songs (which is part of our daily singing at home), the freedom to explore and he was happy there. He looks forward to class every week and once class is over he will tell everyone about Gymbo and what he did.
For me, I liked that it taught him how to get down safely from a height, how to learn to use his body, and touching on different topics every 2 weeks. It gave me confidence in other environments to trust that he has the ability that he learned from Gymboree Play & Music and to trust him.

I’ve been taking both my newborn and toddler to Gymboree Play & Music for a couple of months now and both boys are really loving the classes and open gym sessions. It’s a great way to meet other mums, entertain toddlers at witching hour(!) and get ideas for sensory play with babies. Sophie and Cat are fantastic and have so much energy and loads of different ideas for the classes, plus make sure the activities it’s help children meet their development milestones as well. Highly recommend this if you’re thinking about joining!! Thanks so much Sophie, Cat and the wider team :-)
